Restaurant Manager 

AndSushi ER Limited is seeking a fulltime Restaurant Manager to join
our dynamic team. We specialise in Japanese cuisine with Korean food flavors blended
in and offer an excellent environment to grow your career in the hospitality industry as
our menu features a wide range of dishes—from fresh sushi, bento boxes, donburi rice
bowls, tempura and to noodles and more—crafted daily using fresh quality ingredients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with chefs to develop menus
  • Managing and conduction special events
  • Overseeing the purchase and cost control of goods within budget limits
  • Keeping accurate records of inventory levels and financial transactions
  • Ensuring the dining area meets health standards and is clean, well-maintained,
    and presentable
  • Engaging with customers to evaluate their satisfaction with food and service
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen and service staff
  • Handling reservations, welcome guests, and help with order taking

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality management, or a Diploma in Management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally
  • Solid understanding of stock control, budgeting, and compliance requirements
  • Passion for food quality, innovation, and business growth

Role Details:

  • Minimum Guaranteed Hours: At least 30 hours weekly (up to 48 hours)
  • Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Employment Type: Permanent Full-time
