NPL Food Limited is looking for Five Chefs (Indian and Nepalese cuisine) to work full-time in Auckland. Chefs must work at least 30 hours a week with a fortnightly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.

Location: Auckland, New Zealand.

Wage rate: $23.50 to $24.00 per hour

Days Required: (Monday to Sunday).

About the Role

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create an exceptional dining experience.
  • Provide coverage of the Senior Lead Chef during their days off.
  • Prepare delicious meals from our seasonal menus, which are rich in variety, flavour, and nutrition.
  • Assist with specialty food for fine dining experiences and functions.
  • Operate with health and safety as a key consideration at all times.

About You

To thrive in our environment you will have:

  • Must have New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (level 5)
  • Proven 5+ Years of experience as a Chef, leading a team and running a kitchen
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A reliable, friendly and professional manner
