Our cleaning team is growing and need a highly motivated and talanted operation manager to join. Full time guarantedd minimum of 30 hours a week.
You must have a minimum Diploma Degree or at leave 2-year relevant work experience.
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across commercial or residential sites to meet contractual KPIs.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor cleaning staff, including handling rosters, timesheets, and performance reviews.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring all staff use equipment correctly and follow safety protocols.
- Supply & Inventory: Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and stock control efficiently.
