We are looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our team based in Auckland, to
organize and control the functions and resources of an office such as administrative
systems and office personnel. The successful candidate must have a level 7
diploma/degree in any field or a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a
Managerial position.
As we operate 7 days a week, so you must be flexible and ready to work on weekends
as well.

Detailed duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the operations of the business in an efficient manner.
- Managing the Invoices and bills.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to coordinate business operations.
- Assigning work to team members and monitoring their work performance.
- Manage time sheets and rosters.
- Allocating the resources and ensuring the adequate supplies are maintained as per
requirements. - Regular stock takes and ordering the supplies as per the needs of the business.
- Ensuring the workplace and the team complies with relevant Government legislation
and policies. - Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
- Managing and maintaining documentations and records and keep them up to date
- Processing incoming and outgoing emails and calls.
- Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and
office service standards. - Promoting and advertising the company's services.
- Formulating and implementing company marketing policy and suggesting the
quotations to clients. - Undertaking budgeting of the company.
- Suggesting company services and packages to customers by understanding their
needs. - Coordinating the recruitment and training of other staff members.
- Motivating and support the team to achieve desired outcomes.
This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 35 hours per week and the
pay rate for this position will be 30.00 NZD per hour.
