Business Services Manager

About Us: KANZ Automotive is a well-established automotive service centre specialising in vehicle maintenance, repairs, and tyre services. We’re seeking a skilled Business Services Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. This is a permanent, full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays based on operational needs. Flexibility with rostering is required. The hourly pay rate ranges from $30 to $36, depending on experience.

Position Overview: Reporting to the Director, the Business Services Manager will lead our daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·       Oversee daily operations and coordinate service delivery
  • ·       Manage and develop team performance through training and mentoring
  • ·       Implement business improvement processes and systems
  • ·       Handle customer relationships and service quality
  • ·       Manage scheduling and resource allocation
  • ·       Coordinate supplier relationships and inventory
  • ·       Oversee financial reporting
  • ·       Implement marketing and social media initiatives

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Any bachelor's degree OR a minimum 3 years' experience in business operations, management, or similar role

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellence in customer service and relationship management
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Digital systems and social media proficiency
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Knowledge of automotive industry preferred, but training about the industry will be provided for the right candidate.
