TF Homes is a construction company.

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to assist with company operations.
  • Liaise with clients, Site Managers, and external stakeholders, responding to general enquiries.
  • Monitor incoming calls, emails, and messages, ensuring enquiries are handled appropriately.
  • Monitor and maintain building material stock levels, place orders as needed, and verify deliveries.
  • Welcome clients and provide general office support, including document preparation, copying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A New Zealand Certificate or Diploma in Business or Administration (Level 6 or above).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.

What we offer:

  • $33 - $37 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, up to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
