TF Homes is a construction company.
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team and support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to assist with company operations.
- Liaise with clients, Site Managers, and external stakeholders, responding to general enquiries.
- Monitor incoming calls, emails, and messages, ensuring enquiries are handled appropriately.
- Monitor and maintain building material stock levels, place orders as needed, and verify deliveries.
- Welcome clients and provide general office support, including document preparation, copying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
The successful candidate will have:
- A New Zealand Certificate or Diploma in Business or Administration (Level 6 or above).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
What we offer:
- $33 - $37 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
- Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, up to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
