Days of Work: Monday to Sunday (rostered shifts)
Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will support daily takeaway operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
Duties include:
 Assisting with the overall day-to-day operations of the takeaway
 Supervising staff during shifts and supporting team coordination
 Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer enquiries professionally
 Assisting with stock ordering, receiving deliveries, and inventory control
 Monitoring food display presentation and maintaining hygiene standards
 Supporting menu preparation workflow and service efficiency
 Assisting with daily cash handling, reconciliation, and record keeping
 Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
 Maintaining workplace cleanliness and operational standards
 Supporting staff training and performance monitoring
 Assisting the Manager with rostering and operational planning
 Handling operational issues during the Manager’s absence when required

 Must have a relevant qualification in Hospitality Management / Business
