🔎 Position Details
Position: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Minimum 30 hours, up to 50 hours per week
Pay Rate: $27 – $30 per hour 

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities

• Menu & Events

• Work closely with chefs to develop and refine menus
• Plan and coordinate special events and functions

• Purchasing & Budget Control

• Manage purchasing, pricing, and supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and financial records

• Compliance & Facilities

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming environment

• Customer Experience

• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Prepare rosters and manage team performance

• Daily Operations

• Oversee reservations and service flow
• Support front-of-house operations when required
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

✅ Skills & Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, OR
• A Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or Management

Other requirements:

• Be flexible to work weekends and public holidays if required.
• No criminal record
