We operate a busy fast-food store in Auckland and currently looking for a highly motivated full time Shift Manager to supervise daily operations during assigned shifts and ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. You will be required to work between Monday to Sunday for minimum 30 hours to maximum 45 hours.

 

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage daily activities during your shift to ensure smooth operations. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishment.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate staff on duty to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain operational standards.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service and promptly resolving any customer issues.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and service standards during your shift to meet company expectations.
  • Manage payment and sales records accurately during the shift and report to the Store Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for staff and customers.

Job Requirements:

  • You must have minimum 2 years of hospitality industry work experience or level 4 or higher qualification in any stream
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Excellent personal presentation and professional attitude
  • Clean character background
  • Zero tolerance for alcohol or drugs in the workplace; random drug testing may apply

 

Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $29 per hour to $35 per hour.
