We are looking for a contracts administrator to look after our existing clients and secure new contracts 

This role will include, but not be limited to:

1. Meeting clients to develop contracts and regular contact with existing clients to review an update on variation requests.

2. Review and negotiate contracts with our clients and follow documentation as per company guidelines.

3. Resolve customer issues/complaints related to our contracts,team or services

4. Work with the team to ensure we meet our targets

5. Provide regular pipeline and contract reports to the management team

6. Collect feedback from the customers and share with team for service improvements.

You are required to have a minimum of 3 years of work experience to be considered for the role or a relevant tertiary qualification
