We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Supervisor to join our team. This is a leadership role suited to someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, and can confidently support day‑to‑day café operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconciling the daily takings Training and mentoring a small team
  • Preparing presenting and serving food and drinks to a high standard
  • Assisting with catering for events and functions
  • Providing friendlly and efficient customer serv ice, making every guest feel welcome
  • Operating and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the cafe workspace
  • Supervising and supporting front‑of‑house staff
  • Managing workflow during busy periods
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Assisting with general cafe duties, including food preparation, stock management and clearning
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally

Skills and Experience

  • At least one year of relevant work experience in hospitality, retail or office admin
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Ability to lead a team in a supportive manner
  • Reliable, organised, and able to multitask
