Universal Marketing Co. Limited started the restaurant business in March 2003. Currently, we have eight branches around Auckland and Hamilton. Due to the business requirement, we need one full-time Duty Restaurant Manager to join our AUCKLAND team.
  • Collaborating with chefs to plan menus and organizing special events.
  • Coordinating the purchasing and pricing of goods within budgetary constraints.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining cleanliness and functionality of dining facilities.
  • Engaging with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
  • Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
  • Handling reservations, greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders as needed.
  • Any other duties the employer/ company may reasonably require

About the position:

  • Minimum weekly work hours are 30, with a maximum of 50.
  • The hourly rate ranges from $29.66 to $35.
  • The position requires work within the Auckland Region.

About you: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstration of good character with no criminal record is essential.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications are required.
