Universal Marketing Co. Limited started the restaurant business in March 2003. Currently, we have eight branches around Auckland and Hamilton. Due to the business requirement, we need one full-time Duty Restaurant Manager to join our AUCKLAND team.
- Collaborating with chefs to plan menus and organizing special events.
- Coordinating the purchasing and pricing of goods within budgetary constraints.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining cleanliness and functionality of dining facilities.
- Engaging with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
- Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
- Handling reservations, greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders as needed.
- Any other duties the employer/ company may reasonably require
About the position:
- Minimum weekly work hours are 30, with a maximum of 50.
- The hourly rate ranges from $29.66 to $35.
- The position requires work within the Auckland Region.
About you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstration of good character with no criminal record is essential.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications are required.
