Yifan Foody Ltd, T/A Lai Fu Restaurant. We are located on Dominion Road in Auckland and offer a variety of Chinese food to our customers. We are currently seeking two reliable Cooks to join our team. This is a full-time position with 30 to 50 working hours per week. 

Job Description:

The job involves the following tasks and duties:
· Preparing and cooking all the dishes offered by the restaurant.
· Seasoning food during preparation and cooking, when necessary.
· Monitoring the quality of food at all stages of preparation, cooking, and presentation.
· Assisting in improving dishes.
· Assisting in managing the overall operation of the kitchen.
· Assisting in ordering supplies and stocks.
· Ensuring the kitchen’s operation complies with hygiene and safety regulations.

To qualify for the job:
· At least two years of work experience in the Kitchen is needed.
· A certificate in a Cookery-related field, or a bachelor's degree in any major, can replace the required work experience.
· Have a can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure since our restaurant is extremely busy during peak hours.
· You will be required to work during the weekend.
· You should also have good attention to detail to make sure everything that goes through your hands is thoroughly clean.
