Are you passionate about pizza and leadership?Dominos Pizza is looking for 4 full time and two part time dedicated Shift Supervisors to join our dynamic team in Miramar! If you thirve in fast-paced environment and have a flair for managing teams, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motive the team to deliver expectional customer service. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficienct service. Train and develop team members to maximize performance.

Assist in managing inventory and maintaining food safety standards. Handle cash managemnt and ensure complaince with company politics.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1year in a management, hospitality or retail role is required. Not required if you meet the qualification requirement.

Education: Completion of year 12 or 13 is preferred. However, expections may be made basedon relevant experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

A passion  for food and customer satisfaction.

Salry: $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
