We are an Auckland-based business with four branches across the region, offering a wide range of automotive services including vehicle servicing and repairs, tyre repair and replacement, inspections, panel beating, painting, and WOF inspections. In addition, we are involved in vehicle importing, domestic purchasing, and used car sales.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office to ensure organisational goals and targets are achieved 

  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and operational standards 

  • Coordinate office activities to maximise efficiency and effectiveness 

  • Assist with planning and reviewing workflow and daily operations 

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners 

  • Liaise with professionals and stakeholders to support smooth operations and resolve issues 

  • Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, administration, payroll, training, performance management, and staff supervision 

  • Support directors and senior management by providing advice and implementing decisions 

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant legislation 

  • Undertake other duties as required to support business operations and management 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, or a tertiary qualification in administration or a related field 

  • Ability to work across multiple sites within Auckland 

  • Ability to pass a drug test 

  • Clean police record 

Position Details

  • Location: Avondale in Auckland 

  • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent 

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (minimum 30 hours guaranteed) 

  • Pay Rate: $30 per hour
