Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all dine-in, takeaway, and delivery customers
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders, and process payments
  • Prepare food items including burgers, fries,Beef patties, chicken, and other menu items
  • Wash, cut, measure, and prepare ingredients for cooking
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
  • Manage and pack orders for takeaway and delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all orders
  • Assist with stock ordering and receiving deliveries
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers and ensure smooth dispatch of orders

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be available to work in a 7-day operation (10 AM – 11 PM)
  • Availability for weekends and late evening shifts is essential
