Front of House

We're looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our team as a Front of House staff member.

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

·         Accurately taking customer orders and processing payments over a POS system.

·         Preparing and serving cafe style food and drinks to customers. 

·         Cleaning and maintaining cafe and equipment including but not limited to coffee grinders, espresso machines, convection ovens, display cabinets and counters.

·         Sell bread and patisserie items from the bakery.

·         Answer the bakery telephone and fulfil reasonable customer requests as required.

·         Clearing away used dishes and cutlery from tables when customers are finished.

·         Cleaning and preparing tables for use.

·         Washing and putting away dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.

·         Receive deliveries and assist in putting away new stock.

·         Must enforce proper steps to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

·         May be involved in cost control, ordering and purchasing.

·         Assist other staff members when required.

·         Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
