We are seeking a Corporate Sales and Technical Coordinator to support corporate customers and business partners across New Zealand.

This is a permanent and full-time 40 hours pw.

This role provides technical, operational, and customer-facing support throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle. You will work closely with sales, product, IT, operations, and finance teams to ensure corporate customers receive accurate technical information, smooth onboarding, and high-quality ongoing support for epay’s prepaid and digital products.

Key responsibilities

·         Explain epay’s prepaid and digital products, payment services, and platforms to corporate customers

·         Translate technical and system-related information into clear, customer-friendly explanations

·         Support corporate customer onboarding, documentation, system setup, and service activation

·         Coordinate service delivery, go-live readiness, and post-activation support

·         Prepare technical documentation, pricing summaries, and supporting sales materials

·         Attend meetings requiring technical or operational clarification

·         Act as a key point of contact for customer service issues and coordinate resolution internally

·         Maintain accurate customer records, track service requests, and support reporting

·         Collaborate with sales, IT, product, finance, and operations teams

·         Contribute to process improvement and internal documentation

Minimum Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support, corporate customer support, or customer operations

·         Understanding of digital payment systems or technology-enabled products

·         Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

·         Strong organisation, communication, and relationship management skills

·         High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
