Tipene’s is a busy and growing food business focused on quality, presentation, and customer experience. We take pride in preparing food fresh in-house and creating a great experience for every customer.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our Front of House / Kitchen team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in both customer service and kitchen support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers ad taking orders
  • Handling payments on EFTPOS Machine adn opearting the till/POS system
  • Packing orders with good presentation as per shop standards
  • Ensuring the correct order goe to the correct customer 
  • Assisting with basic food preparation
  • Supporting the kitchen team during busy service times
  • Workign as a part of a team and helping where required within the shop
  • Maintaining cleanliness and good safety standards
  • Washing dishes and general cleaning duties
  • Assisting with opening and closing shifts as required
  • Maintaining stock levels for the front drink fridge
  • Completing daily stoc checks to assist with supplier ordering

What we are looking for

  • Previous hsopitality or kitchen experience (atleast 6months)
  • Positive attitude & excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure
  • Ability to handle customer queries in calm manner
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work as a part of team
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • High standards of food hygiene
  • Good organisational skills nad ability to manage time efficiency
  • Friendly and good sense of humour
  • Avaialble for a trial shift
