Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times
- Support team members during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience OR Level 4 qualification.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Service Standards
- Manage daily store operations in line with Pizza Hut SOPs, recipes, and service standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store cleanliness, presentation, and equipment readiness at all times.
2. Stock & Inventory Control
- Monitor stock levels of food ingredients, packaging, and supplies as per franchise systems.
- Place and manage orders according to Pizza Hut approved suppliers and procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock records and minimise wastage and food loss.
3. Financial & Budget Control
- Manage labour costs, food costs, and store expenses within set budgets.
- Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and POS transactions.
- Review sales reports, KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
4. Staff Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, train, roster, and supervise Shift Supervisors and Team Members.
- Conduct staff inductions, coaching, and performance management.
- Build a positive team culture focused on performance and compliance.
5. Compliance & Health & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, occupational health & safety, and Pizza Hut policies.
- Conduct safety checks, incident reporting, and ensure correct PPE and procedures are followed.
- Maintain hygiene standards, including cleaning schedules and food handling controls.
6. Customer Service & Promotion Execution
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Execute Pizza Hut promotions, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives as directed.
- Ensure in‑store promotions are implemented consistently with franchise guidelines.
7. Reporting & Communication
- Maintain accurate records of sales, labour, stock, and operational performance.
- Report store performance, staffing issues, and operational matters to area management or franchise owners.
