About the Company:

Epic Hospitality owns and operates a group of pubs and bars in Central Wellington. All of our sites are vibrant, funky, and exciting places to work and socialize. They're a little bit quirky too - we've put a lot of love and care into creating them. Vinyl Bar is Epic's oldest site, and has recently gone thru a full glow up - it's now Courtenay Place's most vibrant party bar on the stirip! 

About the role:

Vinyl is looking for a new Duty Manager to join our diverse Whānau. We're keen to bring someone on who's passionate about their own growth and development and has a strong interest in business, systems, and first-class hospitality. Key Info:

  • Full-time permanent position, with a minimum guaranteed hours of 30 per week
  • Job Location: Vinyl Bar on Courtenay Place
  • Hourly rate of pay between $28 - 30, depending on experience. Weekly bonuses (revenue share) based on sales targets. 
  • Minimum one year of experience in cocktail bartending, and late-night club/party bar high-capacity venues
  • LCQ and Current Managers Certificate required
