We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team and play a key role in improving how our e-commerce and customer operations perform across multiple gift card platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with different teams to deliver practical solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
About the Role
This is full time permanent, 40 hours per week rolle. You will be responsible for analysing operational performance, identifying process and system improvements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes. The role combines operational insight with systems thinking, supporting continuous improvement across fulfilment, customer operations, and transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse operational and transactional data across orders, fulfilment, activations, delivery, and customer interactions
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and root causes of performance issues
- Develop and maintain reporting to track key metrics such as SLA performance, order accuracy, disputes, and fraud indicators
- Identify and define business and system requirements to improve workflows and operational processe
- Work with Technology teams to support system enhancements, including testing and validation
- Investigate complex issues, including customer disputes and potential fraudulent activity, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, Technology, and Fulfilment teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of solutions
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in e-commerce, payments, gift cards, or customer operations environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and transactional data andidentify insights
- Experience improving processes, identifying inefficiencies, and solving operational issues
- Understanding of risk, disputes, or fraud is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and structured approach
- Ability to work across teams and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience developing documentation, process guidelines, or training materials is beneficial
