As a Bar Attendant, you must be TAB expert and excellant in handling pokie machine procedures and will be responsible for providing exceptional services at TAB, beverage service, gaming service and bar food service and ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar. Your attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and knowledge of a wide variety of beverages

Provide excellent customer service especially for TAB betting by effectively interacting with guests, understanding their preferences, and delivering exceptional service.

Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mixed drinks, bottled beverages, non-alcoholic options and food options according to customer preferences and our established menu. Operate cash registers, accurately process payments, and handle cash transactions efficiently, while following basic cash handling procedures.

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all bar service areas, including countertops, equipment, glassware, and utensils, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Thoroughly wash glassware and arrange bottles and glasses in an organized manner to present an appealing bar setup.

Actively promote our services and products to guests, highlighting specials, promotions, and new menu additions to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Tap kegs and connect supply lines to ensure a consistent flow of draft beverages that meet customer demand.

Regularly restock drink dispensers, shelves, and refrigerators to maintain an ample supply of beverages and ingredients at all times.

Offer light snacks and substantial meals from the bar menu to customers and handle their orders promptly and accurately, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Doing hopper refills, cancel credits and placing bets in TAB as and when required. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our beverage offerings, including ingredients,

preparation methods, and serving techniques, in order to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and comply with legal drinking age restrictions.
