Victoria Court Motor Lodge is looking for a full-time Motel Manager to join our team.
Ideal candidates must have the following:
- 2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification or a Bachelor or above qualification in any field.

Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.

Strong commitment to excellent customer service, communication skill and team management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the motel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise, train, and coordinate staff, including housekeeping and front desk teams
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Oversee reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and occupancy management
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation
- Maintain records of bookings, financial transactions, and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure all rooms and facilities are well-presented and fully functional
- Manage stock levels and procurement of supplies
- Promote the business and support marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
