Victoria Court Motor Lodge is looking for a full-time Motel Manager to join our team. 

Ideal candidates must have the following:

  • 2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification or a Bachelor or above qualification in any field.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.

  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service, communication skill and team management.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the motel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Supervise, train, and coordinate staff, including housekeeping and front desk teams
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Oversee reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and occupancy management
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation
  • Maintain records of bookings, financial transactions, and operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate maintenance and ensure all rooms and facilities are well-presented and fully functional
  • Manage stock levels and procurement of supplies
  • Promote the business and support marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
