Position Overview:
This role provides operational, administrative, and analytical support across multiple areas of the business. The position works closely with the Operations Manager, Packhouse Team, Dispatch Team, and Finance/Admin Team to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate data management, and consistent workflow across the site. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to assist other teams when needed

  • Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed.
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment drug test and have no criminal record.
  • Must have at least 1 year relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

 

1. Unleashed Inventory System

  • Assist with the setup and ongoing management of the Unleashed inventory system
  • Maintain accurate stock records and product information
  • Work with Owen to transition and manage sales, pricing, customer contact details, and invoicing processes.

 

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and analyse operational data, including:
    • Feed consumption
    • Egg production
    • Sales and order trends
  • Prepare summaries or reports to support decision‑making and operational planning.

 

3. Packaging Oversight

  • Monitor packaging stock levels and place packaging orders as required.
  • Ensure packaging materials are available to support daily production and export schedules.

 

4. Stock Takes

  • Participate in and coordinate monthly and annual stock takes.
  • Ensure accurate counting, recording, and reconciliation of inventory.

 

5. General Administraion

  • Provide administrative support across the business, including document management, communication, and record‑keeping.
  • Assist with workflow organisation and general office duties.

 

6. Operational Support

  • Provide hands‑on assistance to the Packhouse Team and Groundsmen when required.
  • Support daily operations to maintain smooth workflow across the site.

 

7. Payroll / Blip System Support

  • Act as an additional team member supporting payroll processes.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate staff time records in the Blip system.

 

8. Xero - Financial Data Entry

  • Act as an additional team member responsible for entering bills, invoices, and financial data into Xero.
  • Support the Admin/Finance team with routine accounting tasks as required
