Join our dynamic team of Licensed Immigration Advisors at Business Immigration. As a Part time or full-time Licensed Immigration Advisor based in Christchurch, Central Canterbury, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to individuals and businesses navigating the complex world of New Zealand immigration. This role is a fixed term maternity cover that has the option to be extended into a permanent role.

What you'll be doing

  1. Advise clients on the most suitable visa options and assist them through the entire application process.

  2. Conduct comprehensive immigration assessments and prepare detailed recommendations

  3. Liaise with Immigration New Zealand and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients

  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, regulations and policies

  5. Maintain meticulous client records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements

  6. Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Licensed Immigration Advisor qualification  - Will also consider a Licensed advisor who has almost completed their study and due to upgrade to full License

  2. Extensive knowledge of New Zealand immigration policies, procedures and regulations

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly

  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify the best solutions for clients

  5. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

  6. Experience in a client-facing role within the immigration or legal services industry
