We are looking for an experienced cook to join our busy restaurant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook and garnish delicious restaurant dishes.
  • Follow recepies accurately.
  • Quality check ingredients and prepared products to be used during service.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and sanitized work area.
  • Organise equipment, utensils and other tools pror to service.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas.

 

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of relevent work experience in hospitatlity field

Level 5 in cullinary arts or equivalent qualification.

Duty manager licence licence is a MUST

Class 1 drivers licence is required

Basic knowledge of Italian and Indian cusine is an advantage but not necessory.
