Temy Management Limited is the national operator of the Kajiken brand in New Zealand. Kajiken is a well-established international restaurant chain specialising in Asian Cuisine, with a growing presence across multiple locations in New Zealand.

Temy is responsible for the overall management and operation of all Kajiken stores nationwide, including brand development, marketing strategy, and operational performance. As the brand continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and enhance our advertising and marketing initiatives across the New Zealand market.

About the Role

We are seeking an Advertising Officer to plan, develop, and coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns for the Kajiken brand across New Zealand.

This role focuses on delivering effective advertising strategies, with the objective of increasing brand awareness and driving business performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, developing, and implementing advertising strategies and campaigns to support brand growth and sales objectives across New Zealand
  • Conducting market research and analysing competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer behaviour to inform advertising decisions
  • Managing Kajiken’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and the official website, ensuring consistent and targeted brand communication
  • Managing Kajiken’s Google Business Profile (GBP) and website content, ensuring alignment and consistency across platforms to support search engine optimisation (SEO) and improve online visibility
  • Designing promotional and marketing campaign concepts based on operational needs, and coordinating with multimedia content creators for execution
  • Coordinating the production of advertising materials, including digital content, copywriting, media assets, and campaign deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand positioning
  • Managing advertising budgets, including paid media placements and digital advertising expenditure across social media platforms
  • Monitoring campaign performance through data collection and analysis, evaluating effectiveness, and making adjustments to strategies and budget allocation
  • Advising management on advertising strategies and campaign direction to effectively reach target markets and enhance consumer awareness
  • Ensuring all campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints

 

Role Objectives

  • Enhance the brand awareness of Kajiken across New Zealand
  • Improve customer acquisition and sales performance through targeted advertising and marketing campaigns

 

Skills and Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • NZQCF Level 5 or higher qualification in one of these areas: Marketing, Advertising, Statistics Or a closely related field; OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification  in any discipline; OR
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, digital campaign management, or social media operations and management
