Sugarloaf Beach Bar is seeking two Managers to oversee its Café and Restaurant

operations. Dedicated managers will focus on overseeing the dedicated operations based on their skills and abilities.

· Staff Hiring, Training and Development: Hire and Train the staff to

understand customer preferences and provide personalized

recommendations.

· Menu Design and Updates: Collaborate with the kitchen team on creating

and updating menus and informing customers about changes and special

offers.

· Customer Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve escalated customer

complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Supplier Relations and Stock Management: Maintain strong relationships

with suppliers to ensure the required items are stocked up.

· Budgeting and Purchasing: Preparing the budget and handling the

purchasing of items in an optimised way to ensure maximised profits.

· Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure that all staff adhere to

health, alcohol, and other relevant regulations.

· Marketing Campaign Coordination: Plan and implement marketing

campaigns to promote the venue.

· Event Planning and Management: Organise and oversee events held within

the premises on a daily basis.

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and

regulations.

Pay and Minimum Hours

· Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week

· Paid between $28 to $35 per hour.

Other requirements:

· Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience or minimum Level 5 qualification in

business/hospitality/management.

· Manager's certificate is highly preferred but not mandatory

· Available to work on weekends and evening shifts
