Kebabelicious is famous for serving some of the best Turkish kebabs in Cambridge. We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate cook to complete our hardworking team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating delicious, high-quality food, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

We’re open 7 days a week and our kitchen staff is expected to work from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (to be rostered). Please note that we operate on most public holidays (except Christmas and Easter), so availability during weekends and holidays is essential.

You will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a cook (references will be checked)
  • Experience in Mediterranean or Turkish cuisine is an advantage
  • A strong sense of personal hygiene and presentation
  • The ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Punctuality, organisation, and excellent multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and maintaining records for quality control
  • New Zealand residency or a valid work visa

We offer:

  • Full-time, permanent employment
  • A minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed
  • Pay rate: $26–$29 per hour (depending on experience)
