THE ROLE
Our Dunedin-based client is seeking a highly organised and systems-oriented Operations & Practice Manager for a part-time, flexible role (up to 15 hours per week). This position can be fully remote or hybrid, with occasional in-person meetings.
This role supports the operational backbone of a growing, founder-led healthcare practice. The focus is on managing systems, coordinating workflows, and translating ideas into structured execution, enabling the clinician to focus on patient care and strategic development.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and optimise administrative systems and workflows across the practice
• Manage booking, payment, and communication platforms
• Organise projects, priorities, and calendar to support clinical efficiency
• Improve processes through system optimisation and automation
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including providers
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure confidentiality compliance
SKILL SET
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Excellent written communication skills
• Systems thinker with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
• High digital literacy and adaptability to new tools
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information
