What you will need to apply

 

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Eligibility to Work in Australia: Full working rights are required. Visas are not supported by the employer at this time.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Your extensive experience as a Scrub Scout will allow you to bring confidence, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of ophthalmic procedures to the team
  • Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You excel at staying calm, clear, and focused in high-pressure environments, ensuring seamless communication within the team and with patients.
  • Commitment to Exceptional Patient Care: You are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care, ensuring every patient feels valued and well-supported throughout their treatment.
  • Team Player: You work collaboratively and take pride in contributing to the overall success of the team, understanding that great healthcare is a collective effort.
