We are looking for F&B Attendants to join our team located in Lake Tekapo.

This is a full time permanent role, with guaranteed 30 hours per week.

The role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services in a variety of settings, including events, cafes, groups, and buffets. This role requires a high level of adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Your core duties and responsibilities include table service, event catering, cafe service, group catering, cash handling, inventory management, cleaning & sanitation, bar service, providing exceptional customer service.

You will report to the Restaurant Manager, Cafe Manager and supervisors.

To be qualified for this role, you are required to have:

  • At least 1-year relevant work experience.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work rotating rosters, Monday to Sunday including public holidays and weekends, between 6am and 1am. Sufficient notice will be provided for your rosters.
