NAK TRADING LIMITED T/A Quest Queenstown known for providing quality hospitality services, is seeking multiple Hospitality Worker to join our team in the Queenstown, Otago region. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a hospitality environment.

Key Duties

  • Assist with front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out
  • Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner and respond to enquiries
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing guest rooms and common areas to required hygiene and quality standards
  • Provide accurate information about services and assist with guest requests or minor concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
  • Strip, make, and change beds, including replacing linen and towels as required
  • Replenish room supplies and ensure all guest amenities are fully stocked
  • Carry out laundry duties, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding linen and guest items where required
  • Inspect rooms and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
  •  Handle phone calls, reservations, and basic administrative tasks 
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish rooms, bathrooms, furnishings, and public areas, if required
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Work flexibly across housekeeping and front office functions as required
  • Support the team and perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor 

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $25 to $30 per hour. 

Other requirements for the role:

  • Relevant work experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Available to work on weekends and flexible shift timings as required.
  • Physically fit to perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  •  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
