Position Overview


Kiwi Disposals NZ Limited requires a full-time Customer Service and Office Manager
to oversee customer service, office administration, and support inbound stock
processes within a warehouse environment, including supervision of a small team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms (Shopify,
    Trade Me)
  •  Resolve customer issues, returns, and order discrepancies
  •  Process orders, invoices, credits, and refunds accurately
  • Maintain records and ensure systems are kept up to date (Cin7, Shopify, Trade
    Me experience is preferred)
  • Coordinate communication between office, warehouse, and management
  • Support receiving, checking, and processing of inbound stock
  •  Supervise two employees within the inwards goods department
  •  Ensure accurate stock entry and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Follow company procedures for stock handling, returns, and exceptions
  • Maintain safe working practices and comply with health and safety requirements

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in customer service and administrative work
  • Basic understanding of stock or warehouse processes
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Competent with computer systems

Qualifications

  • No formal qualification required, however, a good knowledge of basic accounting is preferred.
