About the Role:
- High-level service administration and job coordination
- Managing service orders, costings, and customer documentation
- Supporting technicians, admin teams, and management
- Processing quotes, purchase orders, and system updates (SAP/CRM)
- Identifying process improvements and driving efficiency
- Maintaining strong internal and customer relationships
- Assisting with reporting, compliance, and service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior administration or coordination role
- Highly process-driven with strong attention to detail
- Ability to support all levels of a service team
- Experience in technical, engineering, or service environments (preferred)
- Strong systems knowledge (SAP/CRM advantageous)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Level 5 qualification in Business or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Reliable, professional, and organised
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
