About the Role:

 

 

 

  • High-level service administration and job coordination


 

 

 

 

  • Managing service orders, costings, and customer documentation


 

 

 

  • Supporting technicians, admin teams, and management


 

 

 

  • Processing quotes, purchase orders, and system updates (SAP/CRM)


 

 

 

  • Identifying process improvements and driving efficiency


 

 

 

  • Maintaining strong internal and customer relationships


 

 

 

 

  • Assisting with reporting, compliance, and service delivery


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

 

 

  • Proven experience in a senior administration or coordination role


 

 

  • Highly process-driven with strong attention to detail


 

 

  • Ability to support all levels of a service team


 

 

  • Experience in technical, engineering, or service environments (preferred)


 

 

  • Strong systems knowledge (SAP/CRM advantageous)


 

 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


 

 

  • Level 5 qualification in Business or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
