Restaurant General Managers

VOHRA ENTERPRISES LIMITED is looking for Restaurant General Managers for the busy Pizza Hut Stores.

Some of the tasks would be:

  • Operate and manage store operations
  • Handle and manage the store's sales & marketing 
  • Handle and manage inventory & stock levels 
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Manage staff, conduct performance appraisal, manage staff recruitment and termination process
  • Handle and manage store local purchasing and marketing policies
  • Manage the profitability of the store and ensure the store is meeting sales targets
  • Handle store budget and provide monthly reports 
  • Ensure the store is meeting all the Health & Safety, council, and franchisee regulations
  • Handle complaints escalated by the Duty Managers
  • Ensure the store is meeting quality and service standards, including those related to food and beverages 
  • Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
  • Organise, formulate and manage store specials to increase sales to generate revenue

Working on weekends and being available on calls are required for this position.

Offered Wage: $30 - $36 per hour (based on experience)
Employment is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

This is a managerial role where you'll be handling the sole charge of the store.

You should have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience or a relevant qualification (NZ Level 4 or higher).

All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
