We are looking for a duty manager to work full-time at our bar and restaurant based in Marton

Key responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive team culture where you are recognised as a respected and effective leader
  • Lead, supervise and develop a diverse team to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
  • Recruit, train and mentor team members to build capability and drive performance
  • Build strong relationships with guest and colleagues to enhance service delivery and commercial success
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure strict compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety, food safety and all relevant legislation.

Job requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality
  • current general managers certificate
  • excellent communication skills
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge, including local wines and produce.
  • Minimum Level 7 or above qualification in Business or Management
  • A full class one drivers licence with clean record
