We are looking for a duty manager to work full-time at our bar and restaurant based in Marton
Key responsibilities:
- Foster a positive team culture where you are recognised as a respected and effective leader
- Lead, supervise and develop a diverse team to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
- Recruit, train and mentor team members to build capability and drive performance
- Build strong relationships with guest and colleagues to enhance service delivery and commercial success
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure strict compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety, food safety and all relevant legislation.
Job requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality
- current general managers certificate
- excellent communication skills
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, including local wines and produce.
- Minimum Level 7 or above qualification in Business or Management
- A full class one drivers licence with clean record
