Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily food & drink preparation and production operations within our busy commercial kitchen environment.

Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Remuneration: Competitive salary based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating daily food and drink production and kitchen processing operations

  • Monitoring food and drink preparation processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency

  • Ensuring food and drink production meets company standards, recipes, and presentation requirements

  • Overseeing staff involved in food and drink preparation, portioning, packaging, and storage

  • Assisting with production scheduling to meet operational and customer demand

  • Monitoring stock levels of ingredients and front and kitchen supplies and coordinating reordering

  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

  • Training and supervising kitchen and food and beverage production staff

  • Identifying production issues and implementing operational improvements

  • Maintaining records relating to production, stock usage, and wastage control

  • Coordinating with management regarding production targets and operational requirements
