Food & Beverage Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily food & drink preparation and production operations within our busy commercial kitchen environment.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Remuneration: Competitive salary based on skills and experience
Key Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating daily food and drink production and kitchen processing operations

Monitoring food and drink preparation processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency

Ensuring food and drink production meets company standards, recipes, and presentation requirements

Overseeing staff involved in food and drink preparation, portioning, packaging, and storage
-
Assisting with production scheduling to meet operational and customer demand
-
Monitoring stock levels of ingredients and front and kitchen supplies and coordinating reordering

Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
-
Training and supervising kitchen and food and beverage production staff

Identifying production issues and implementing operational improvements

Maintaining records relating to production, stock usage, and wastage control

Coordinating with management regarding production targets and operational requirements
