We are looking for a full-time Contracts Administrator to join the team. Ideal candidates must have the followings:

2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification

Strong personality or communication skills.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Long-term and full commitments are required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review work order requests, assign and manage technician/trade schedules, and maintain the consent process.
  • Ensure projects/services are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, work supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining good relationships.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project promptly and effectively.
  • Review work order submissions and variations to ensure accuracy, and prepare project-related documentation when needed.
  • Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions.
  • Analyze data associated with projects undertaken and report on project outcomes.
