The Role
You will work within a collaborative perioperative team across a broad range of orthopaedic procedures, including:

Joint replacements
-
Trauma
-
Spinal surgery
-
Sports injury procedures
-
Complex orthopaedic cases
This is a hands-on Scrub Scout role suited to nurses who are clinically confident, organised, calm under pressure, and passionate about perioperative care.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:

Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration
-
Recent Orthopaedic Scrub Scout experience
-
Strong understanding of sterile technique and perioperative standards
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
A professional and patient-focused approach
-
Eligibility to work in Australia
Overseas Applicants
We are also interested in speaking with exceptional overseas Orthopaedic Scrub Scout Nurses who have:

Minimum 5 years recent orthopaedic theatre experience

Post-graduate perioperative qualifications
-
Strong clinical skills and adaptability
-
Genuine plans to relocate to Australia within the next 3 months
