Duty Manager Required in Centeral Otago

Duty Managers for New Pizza Hut 

My Pizza Private Limited T/A Pizza Hut Cromwell is looking for Duty Managers  to join the New Pizza Hut Store.

For the Duty Manager role, some of the daily tasks would be:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
  • Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items
  • Prepare food items with the store staff
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Maintain product and services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards
  • Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services
  • Training, evaluating staff, and resolving staff grievances
  • Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service
  • Take feedback from the customers
  • Perform delivery tasks when required
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure customer service standards are met

Offered wage rate: $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
Employment is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Working on weekends and being available on calls are required for this position.

You should have at least 6 months of relevant work experience but it's not necessary as we will train You.

Candidates must be able to provide a verifiable prior employment reference with an updated CV.

You should have a full driving license for this role. 

All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
