Guaranteed minimum 30 hours/week, additional hours will be compendated at usual hourly rate.

Perorming all the essential food preparation tasks, cooking and seasoning of foods to a good level. Maintaining quality of food and following known recipes.

Following all aspects of the food control plan, including

-Hygiene practices - both personal and food related

-food cooking, cooling and storage requirements  

-Stocktaking and recording of foods for reordering.

-follow cleaning procedures and practices/daily upkeep of kitchen and equipment

-assisting in training other kitchen staff as required

Input and updating of menu from time to time

Assist in resolving customer complaints
