Store manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, diciplining and firing staff at the store.

Creating staff schedules, assigning schedules and responsibiities to employees checking to see if these responsibilites to employees are carried through in the store

Training new employees and providing ongoing education for employees.

Giving staff financial goals and sales targets to meet on a scheduled basis.

Assist to create advertising campaigns for attracting new customers and retaining current customers


Job Requriements:

Minimum 5+ Years of retail/QSR work experience at managerial level.

Level 7 or above or equivalent qualification in Business or Management.

Ability to understand and formulate business policies and standards.

Excellent communication and people skills.

A valid drivers licence with clean driving record.

Duty Manager certificate is a MUST.
