Our client, in Auckland, is looking for an office and on-site manager for cleaning sites. 

Our Client, an Accredited Employer, has been operating in New Zealand since 2011. The company provides commercial and hospital-grade cleaning services to various businesses, including reputable medical facilities that deliver essential medical services in Auckland. As a responsible cleaning company, we have provided continuous service and the fullest support to our clients as essential service providers during the COVID-19 lockdown and in the pre- and post-pandemic periods. We have been providing quality services to our existing client base for more than 15 years now, and are growing in response to demand from new clients as a sustainable business. 

Officer/Site Manager – Full-Time Position

Minimum 30 hours, Maximum 40 Hours per week

NZD $28 – $40

Site Supervising / Site Managing Work experience in the cleaning industry for a minimum of 2 years ( Preford Hospital Grade Cleaning )

OR

Any Bachelor's or Higher Qualification.

 

Job Requirement 

  • Handle both office and on-site management and ensure smooth operations of the day-to-day business
  • Manage and provide required operational sevice to multiple Medical and Clinical sites
  • Ensure Quality and Cleaning Stands are maintained. 
  • Knowlagde of Biological & Clinical Waste Managments 
  • Allocating workload to staff, scheduling work effectively and efficiently.
  • Receiving and reviewing clients’ feedback, improving and developing based on the responses to ensure client satisfaction and build trust with clients.
  • Conducting regular inspections and checking that all the policies and procedures are followed.
  • Managing sites and the office while ensuring all staff are compliant with the occupational health and safety regulations
  • Ensure all the staff are trained to the highest standard, reviewing staff performance, managing staff records, and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Managing clients’ contracts, records, complaints, and invoices
  • Handling and preventing any hazards and incidents on-site.
  • Have hands-on experience and keen eyes for details

The office/site managers will be managing the operations within the cleaning site and the office functions. They are responsible for leading and guiding staff to maintain the highest quality of work and help the company achieve a high level of customer satisfaction while following the policy. Accordingly, the officer/site manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the business, build a network with both staff and clients, handling issues that may occur efficiently. Managing and scheduling workload priorities, keeping records of staff and clients’ details and communicating and handling all client requests and complaints efficiently. To ensure the management is effective, the manager should have work experience from the cleaning industry and be a person who has knowledge of the workload and has hands-on experience.
