Barista and Bartender

Barista-Bartender is expected to work for a minimum of 30 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.

Bartender Role Responsibilities:

1. Serving dinks efficiently and responsibly
2. Providing a welcoming and friendly service
3. Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
4. Make excellent barista coffees and shakes for the patreons
5. Follow strict alchohol serving policies and compliances

Duty Manager Requirements:

1. Relevant (minimum level 5 Hospitality or Business) qualification.
2. Minimum 4 years of work experience in any management role.
3.  LCQ and Class 1 Full drivers licence is required.
4.  Good oral/written communication skills.
5. Must be physically fit and able to lift upto 10kg barrel boxes
