Duty Manager/Shift Supervisor

What We’re Looking For
 At least 12 months of customer service experience in a customer facing role in
hospitality or food service, OR
 A Bachelor qualification. 
 Previous supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred
 Strong communication and problemsolving skills
 A positive attitude and commitment to customer service
 Availability to work late nights, including Friday and Saturday nights
 Ability to drive to and from work for latenight shifts
 Must agree to undergo drug testing prior to and during employment

Duty Manager Responsibilities
As a Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:
 Leading and supporting team members during shifts

 Ensuring food quality, speed of service, and presentation meet Pizza Hut
standards
 Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
 Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and reporting
 Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control
 Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards
 Assisting with staff training and onboarding
 Acting as the senior onshift contact in the absence of the Store Manager
