We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, organisation, and supporting a busy workplace environment, with weekly guaranteed hours at least 30 hours and a gross hourly pay rate between $25 and $28.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. You will work closely with internal staff, customers, and suppliers while managing a variety of office-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and document management
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining records
  • Assisting with scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders and timesheets
  • General office administration and support duties
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 years administration experience.
  • Must have Australian experience.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Good working knowledge and experience using SAP.
  • Must have Site Safe or Construct Safe.
