We are currently seeking two skilled, motivated Asian cuisine cooks to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Noodle & Soup Expertise: Prepare and cook authentic Chinese noodles, with a focus on mastering our signature beef noodle soup.

  • Food Prep & Kitchen Efficiency: Handle daily kitchen prep work, including precise meat/vegetable cutting, ingredient portioning, and maintaining a high-speed, efficient service.

  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in accordance with food regulations.

  • Menu Collaboration: Demonstrate a willingness to learn our culinary style and actively participate in future menu design and innovation.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of proven experience as a Cook in an Asian (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Asian Fusion) restaurant, or similar commercial kitchen environment is essential.

  • Skills: Exceptional skills in Asian dish-making and traditional broth preparation.

  • Attributes: Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a positive team player.

  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate their skills during a practical trial if required.
