Kitchen Staff

 

HELL PIZZA HASTINGS is seeking reliable and motivated kitchen and front of house staff to join our busy store. This is a hands on role in a fast paced environment preparing and serving high quality pizzas and sides while delivering strong customer service.

 

You will be responsible for working across all areas of the store including kitchen preparation, pizza making, order packing, counter service, and phone orders. You will also operate tills, handle payments, and ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

 

A key part of the role is maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times. You must be able to work well under pressure, follow instructions, and contribute positively to a team environment.

 

Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required. We value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn above all else.

 

This position requires availability for a flexible roster including day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and split shifts depending on business needs. Minimum 30 hours per week is required.

Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience OR a level 4 or above qualification.
